Occupational Therapist Referral Program - Terms & Conditions

1. Introduction

Welcome to the Concept Mobility Occupational Therapist Referral Program ("Referral Program"). By participating in this program, you agree to the following Terms & Conditions ("Terms"). This agreement governs the relationship between Concept Mobility ("Company," "we," "our") and you ("Referrer," "Occupational Therapist," "you").

2. Eligibility

• You must be a licensed Occupational Therapist or work in a related healthcare field.
• You must be 18 years or older and reside in a region where Concept Mobility operates.
• Participation is voluntary and free of charge.

3. How the Referral Program Works

• After signing up, you will receive a unique referral code or link to share with your
  clients.
• When a referred client books a home mobility service using your referral code or link,
  you will be eligible for a referral reward.
• The referral must be a new client who has not previously used Concept Mobility's
  services.
• The referral must complete a successful service installation or project completion (not canceled or refunded) for the reward to be valid.

4. Referral Rewards

• Referrers will receive [Specify Reward, e.g., a commission of X% per successful
  referral or a fixed amount per completed service].
• Rewards will be issued [Specify payout method, e.g., bank transfer, store credit, gift

5. Restrictions & Limitations

• Self-referrals (referring yourself) are not allowed.
• Referrers may not use paid advertisements (Google Ads, Facebook Ads, etc.) to
  promote their referral link.
• Spam, misleading claims, or unethical marketing tactics are strictly prohibited.
• Concept Mobility reserves the right to disqualify any participant suspected of
  fraudulent activity.
• Program Modifications & Termination
• Concept Mobility reserves the right to modify, suspend, or terminate the Referral
  Program at any time.
• In the event of program termination, pending referrals will still be honored if they meet the terms.

7. Privacy & Data Protection

• By participating in this program, you agree that Concept Mobility may collect and use
  your data for program administration purposes.
• We will not sell or share your data with third parties without consent.

8. Liability & Disclaimers

• Concept Mobility is not responsible for lost, delayed, or unrecorded referrals due to technical errors.
• Participation in this program does not create an employment or partnership relationship between you and Concept Mobility.
