COVID-19 UPDATE

At Concept Mobility we take our customers and our teams safety very seriously, this is why we have had to adapt the way in which we carry out our service. Following recent Government guidelines our team will take extra care on cleanliness and hand sanitisation before entering any of our customers homes.

With the heighten level of risk for vulnerable customers we have informed our team to not perform any physical greeting and to not accept any drinks or refreshments during this time. Adapting to the situation we will also be happy to deal with family members or friends on behalf of our customers.
